VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & STRATEGY

JANUARY 30, 2017

The Director of Business Development will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and leading new business development through acquisitions and strategic partnerships that align with Inocucor’s short- and long-term business plans. Responsibilities will include identifying and evaluating acquisition and partnership opportunities that extend Inocucor’s unique technology for agriculture, conducting due diligence related to specific prospects, collaborating with the company’s leadership team about vision and strategy, and assisting with integration of acquisitions and collaborations.

QUALIFICATIONS

MBA from an accredited institution, plus a minimum of two years of business development experience. Must have knowledge and experience in large-scale agriculture and farm inputs. Must possess leadership skills, analytical expertise, enthusiasm and ability to collaborate with a diverse team.

COMPENSATION

The salary range is commensurate with experience and competitive industry standards. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus plan.

SALES MANAGER, PACIFIC NORTHWEST

JANUARY 30, 2017

The Regional Sales Manager for Pacific Northwest, will be responsible for sales activities from lead generation through after-the-sale / account support in Pacific Northwest. Responsibilities will include developing and implementing an agreed upon sales and marketing plan which will meet Inocucor’s goals of expanding the customer base in the Pacific Northwest territories. Agronomy experience specific to supporting growers transitioning from conventional to organic farming with an emphasis on biorational products and farming methods would be an added plus.

QUALIFICATIONS

B.S. in Agronomy, Life Sciences, Horticulture, Agriculture or related field. Minimum 5 years Sales Management experience, field and business to business experience. Negotiation of distribution agreements, management of distribution agreements and conflict resolution at all levels required. Familiarity with high value vegetable and berry crop production is required as well as a good knowledge of local territory growers. Travel up to 50%.

COMPENSATION

The salary range is commensurate with experience and competitive industry standards. In addition, this position is eligible for a sales incentive bonus plan. Reimbursement for use of personal vehicle and all associated expenses will be provided.

SALES MANAGER, ONTARIO, CANADA

MARCH 15, 2017
